Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Prepaid Label
Select the reason for your return to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Gear
Place the holsters or accessories in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
